The Lucky Squire

The newest addition to the James Squire brand “The Lucky Squire” is located in the heart of Broadbeach on Oracle Boulevard – This project reached completion in 2020.  This project consisted of a two-level fit-out of the bar and kitchen spaces, as well as a bespoke craft brewery overlooking the entire floor below.  This multi-level fit-out comprised of supplying food-service equipment throughout the gallery kitchen and cool rooms, as well as fabricating and installing custom stainless steel, bespoke brass and copper benching, tables, sinks, panels and feature pipes connecting to the craft brewery.  This enormous project was yet another addition to the Mantle Group Hospitality empire.  With Hammersmith Construction taking the lead as the builder and project manager, this was an incredibly organised and well-managed project to work on.  The Lucky Squire has been a very exciting project for us here at T&H, as we were given the chance to showcase some of our best custom work to date throughout all of the specialty metal products we were able to create.  This project is definitely one for the books!
