The Brewdog project which we completed in 2019 is a local brewery and restaurant situated by Brisbane’s riverside in Murarrie.  This project set out to be one of the largest breweries that we had fit-out to date – Which consisted of installing the kitchen and front of house bar.  Brewdog is an international franchise and brand founded in Scotland, which soon migrated to the United States, and which has now set up shop in Australia.  Co-founder Martin Dickie said, “this is the fourth big brewery project we’ve done – Two in Scotland, one in America and now in Brisbane.”  This facility has become one of Brisbane’s favourite weekend retreats for a relaxing afternoon spent with family and friends, while enjoying the hand crafted brews on offer.  Our fit-out for this project consisted of incorporating brands such as Moffat, Simco, FSM and many more for the installation of the commercial food-service equipment.  We were extremely excited to find out that this project of ours, which was built by Apollo Property, had recently been awarded the 2020 Master Builder Award for Retail Facilities up to $5M.
