At T&H, our machining technology is highly innovative, and with a deburring machine situated in our main workshop, we are able to assist in the removal of all sharp edges from our customer’s products. Our state-of-the-art machine has a total of 6 spindles and performs deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing, sanding and denibbing, leaving perfectly soft and clean edges – It also has the capacity to deburr PVC-coated materials, and will leave the coating completely undamaged.
Through the finishing of a product with deburring, it is effectively safer to handle, and this process ensures a seamless finish. Our deburring services are performed by our qualified tradespersons who have decades of experience handling metal fabrication and finishing.
