Babylon Gardens is Brisbane’s modern-day embodiment of the ancient metropolis, featuring a lush outdoor entertainment hub with multi-level dining spaces and terraces cascading down to the riverfront, as well as a 10-meter brass outdoor bar offering sweeping views of the Story Bridge.  Babylon Gardens is an extension of the Babylon restaurant which opened in late 2022; the entire venue has the capacity for up to 1000 people throughout the various levels.  Throughout this dreamy outdoor oasis presides an exceptionally designed al fresco bar, featuring ergonomic commercial equipment and opulent brass finishes.  Designed by Brisbane’s very own Hogg and Lamb, the space encapsulates Middle Eastern inspirations perfectly; showcasing understated and elegant furnishings, abundantly landscaped thoroughfares, as well as divine architectural elements.  The T&H team carried out the entire food-service fit-out of the space, encompassing the fabrication and installation of all of the stainless steel and brass-works, the installation of the commercial equipment, as well as the water-jet cutting of the brass signage and menu stands.  The predominant fabrication brief for the project was to embody a contemporary and minimalistic aesthetic with a flare of luxury, which resulted in statement brass finishes being installed throughout the front of house spaces, echoing the signature design motif reflected in Mantle Group’s sister venues.
